Located in Minas Gerais, Brazil, the farm produces organic food certified by the Instituto Biodinâmico.
Sito A Boa Terra
Started in 1989, these organic products are produced by the Association of Rural workers of Itobi (Atrai).
Slow Food
Slow Food works to defend the enjoyment of good, clean and fair food. They work to save biodiversity in our food supply, spread taste, promote education and to connect producers of excellent foods with consumers through events and initiatives. It is a non-profit, eco-gastronomic organization that was founded in 1989 to counteract fast food and fast life, the disappearance of local food traditions and people’s dwindling interest in the food they eat, where it comes from, how it tastes and how our food choices affect the rest of the world.
