Works to create a sustainable food production system that is healthful and humane, economically viable, and environmentally sound. When invited by regional or grassroots groups, the GFFP helps rural communities, family ranchers and farmers around the country oppose the spread of new factory farms, and close down existing operations that adversely affect the health and well-being of communities. Family Farm Defenders
Works to create a farmer-controlled, consumer-oriented food and fiber system, based upon democratic institutions that empower farmers in their quest for social and economic justice. Keep Antibiotics Working
Keep Antibiotics Working: The Campaign to End Antibiotic Overuse includes concerned health, consumer, agricultural, environmental, humane and other advocacy groups with more than nine million members, all working to reduce the growing public health threat of antibiotic resistance. Their primary goal is to end the overuse and misuse of antibiotics in animal agriculture.
Sculpt the Future
By using a series of alternative mediums of awareness, Sculpt the Future hopes to inspire a greater level of consciousness, education and understanding of the social and ecological issues that run throughout local communities and around the globe. 100% of all funds raised will go to local community-based projects all around the globe. Initial projects include a trek from Russia to Canada through the North Pole to raise awareness about climate change and global warming and a project to use creative ways to raise awareness about organic and sustainable farming in New Zealand and the world.
